Cancellation Policy
1. Same-Day Cancellation (Before 12:00 PM):
• Orders canceled before 12:00 PM on the day they are placed may be eligible for a full refund.
• After this time, cancellations are not guaranteed, as we may have already purchased and prepared your flowers.
2. Pre-Dated Order Cancellations:
• Pre-dated orders can only be canceled upon review and approval by the shop owner.
• Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your pre-dated order.
